The Friends of the Portland Community Free Clinic’s (FPCFC) mission is to support access to free health care (physical and mental), for low income, uninsured or underinsured adults. The Friends meets this mission through raising and distributing funds and building public awareness about the work of the Portland Community Free Clinic and other programs that provide free health care.
