The Friends of the Portland Community Free Clinic was created in 2013 to provide financial support to the Clinic. The Friends received IRS approval as a 501(c)(3) organization in 2014 and is licensed by the state of Maine to receive charitable donations. Donations made to the Friends are used to financially assist the Portland Community Free Clinic and other programs that provide free health care. To the extent allowed by law, donations are tax deductible.

The Board for the Friends of the Portland Community Free Clinic is made up of volunteers who reside in the greater Portland Community.   If you are interested in being a board member, please contact the Friends at  friends@pcfcme.com.
